Tempo brand celebrates Children’s Day with School Children

Distributed Tempo hygiene kits to children in Municipal Schools of Mumbai

Mumbai, 14th November 2014: SCA, a leading global hygiene and forest products company, celebrated Children’s Day with children studying at the Municipal School in Mahim, K.J. Khilnani School in Mahim and Agripada Municipal School. SCA distributed Tempo hygiene kits to children and spread the message on the importance of cleanliness. The hygiene kit included a bottle of Tempo hand sanitizer and Tempo Kids handkerchief tissue packs.

There were over 400 students from the Agripada Municipal School, approximately 300 students from Mori Road Mahim Municipal School and about 800 students who engaged in the activity from the K. J. Khilnani School, Mahim.

The session started with an introduction on hygiene and cleanliness followed by awareness on eating habits. Post the session there was a fun activity game – Tempo Fun Food Funda which not only kept the children engaged but also educated them on hand hygiene. The activity concluded with a Q&A session on awareness about the brand’s benefits and usage.

Additionally, SCA in association with CSA (Catalysts for Social Action) celebrated Children’s Day with orphan children by distributing Tempo hygiene kits to Child Care Institutions across Mumbai, Pune and Goa. SCA circulated 380 Tempo hygiene kits in Mumbai’s Child Care Institution followed by 730 in Pune and 301 in Goa.
