Brace yourself for an achingly hilarious play, as the students of Canadian International School bring to youA Midsummer Night’s Dream’ by William Shakespeare, a play which is a killer blend of fantasy and reality, fairies and mortals, conflict and happy resolution.
Most people believe that the language used by Shakespeare is difficult to grasp, but it is exactly the contrary; Shakespeare wrote plays accessible to any audience. This rendition of Midsummer Night’s Dream, uses a narrator to explain the exposition shortening the play for younger audiences and emphasizes Indian Culture through dance and costumes.
